A BIT ABOUT US

D9RA is a not-for-profit governing body for all minor hockey officials within Hockey Eastern Ontario's District 9. Our mission is to foster the development and mentorship of a high-quality officiating development program, and to service District 9 regular season and tournament games with on-ice officials at the house league and competitive level.
