HOW DO I JOIN D9RA?
Each year, D9RA conducts a tryout for prospective new officials. This includes an on-ice evaluation, a job interview with D9RA executives, and a rule knowledge test.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A COMPLAINT OR COMPLIMENT?
D9RA welcomes any feedback regarding the on-ice performance of our officials, provided it is constructive and respectful. Please visit our Resources Page to find the relevant documentation for the Complaint/Compliment Form, and submit to your association president.
WHO CAN JOIN?
Anyone who is within HEO's District 9 boundaries and who is at least 14 years old by Dec. 31 of this calendar year can register for the D9RA tryout. We recommend having a strong skating background with expert knowledge of the rules!
